Abrar Salem holds a Bachelor of Sharia and Law from the UAE University (2010) and a Master of Public Law (2019). She pleads before the Abu Dhabi and federal courts in their three degrees. Her wide experience extends to personal status cases, commercial and criminal cases, and she has around a decade of experience in the field of Pension Law.
Prior to joining Al Bahar in 2016 as a Legal Advisor, Anas worked as a Legal Advisor in Syria and as a Legal Consultant in a prestigious Law Firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Following his successful tenure as a Legal Consultant from 2016 to 2018 at the Al Bahar Abu Dhabi branch, Mr Anas has been managing the firm in addition to serving as a Senior Legal Advisor.
Lina is a Senior Legal Advisor in Al Bahar with over 15 years of experience in the UAE. She advises local and international clients in matters ranging from general disputes to compliance and regulatory matters.
She heads the Russian Desk at Al Bahar.
S Arun has 28 years of PQE in corporate, commercial, business, financial and securities law. He has experience in the jurisdictions of UAE, the UK and India. He manages the India desk as part of the co-operation with ALMT Legal, Bangalore, India, of which he is a Senior Partner.
